Life is all about ups and downs. They are here to teach us – never to give up.
because after the sun comes rain,
and after the rain,
beautiful rainbows.
When you are down,
always get up.
When you are up,
always remember the lessons learnt along the way,
the hardships you encountered,
and appreciate each moment.
Live your life to the fullest,
Don’t let anyone change who you are and
always remember where you came from.
Embrace who you are
for you are unique
You are Life.
